The capital markets consulting firm Delta Capita is adding eighty new jobs to the financial services industry.

Over the next two years, the company plans to double the number of employees it has in Dublin.

According to Paul O'Brien, Head of Ireland for the company, "Demand for our services is growing in line with the ever-increasing pressure faced by Irish retail banks, credit service providers, fintechs, e-payment firms and capital markets."

"We are expanding our team now to ensure we out-pace this demand and continue to meet our clients’ needs as and when they arise."

A variety of fields, including client lifecycle management, post-trade, pricing, risk, and consulting, are home to the new positions.

Under the Prytek Group, the company established its first hub in Ireland in 2017 and has since expanded its workforce from less than 10 to 75 employees.

"Irish retail banks have made a concerted effort in recent years to improve their overall customer centricity, while at the same time managing a growing volume of regulatory and compliance challenges," Mr. O'Brien stated.

"Now, in a higher interest rate environment, we appreciate that banks are keen to support personal and business customers facing challenges in making ends meet."

"It is our job to support these banks at times of increased pressure in servicing their customers and to assist them in ensuring they maintain full compliance with banking regulations and codes."
