Salary: €22000 - €23000 per month
We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The role combines clinical excellence with mentorship, education, and continuous improvement in practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, ethical, and patient-focused ENT clinical care across all relevant settings
Identify, assess, and manage clinical risks associated with patient care
Ensure strict adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records
Support professional growth by mentoring and training junior doctors and medical students
Participate in continuous professional development, keeping up to date with best practices in ENT
Conduct clinical duties with integrity, accountability, and the highest professional standards
Education & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Consultant-level experience
Recognised ENT Qualifications
Ideal candidates must hold specialist credentials including:
United Kingdom / Ireland:
CCT in Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (CCT ENT)
United States / Canada:
American Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (USA)
Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification in Otolaryngology
Australia / New Zealand:
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons – ENT (FRACS ENT)
South Africa:
Fellowship of the Colleges of Surgery of South Africa – ENT (FCS ENT [SA])
Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of post-certification Consultant-level experience
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to mentor, supervise, and train junior medical staff and students
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of clinical audits, quality improvement, and governance processes
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Remuneration & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary: €195,000 – €308,000 (~780,000 – 1,232,000 AED) depending on experience and qualifications
