As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support our financial operations and business development.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability across construction projects and related activities.
- Conduct cost and margin analysis, including suppliers, materials usage, and operational expenses.
- Assist with cash flow monitoring, invoice control, payment processing, and payroll coordination.
- Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Work with management to improve financial efficiency and pricing strategies.
- Ensure adherence to basic accounting procedures and internal controls.
