Our client is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics (B1 and B2) for exciting opportunities in Germany and Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of work by reviewing orders, drawings, and testing requirements while ensuring the availability of production equipment.
Manufacturing, assembly, and upgrading of structural components and assemblies.
Performing structural work such as drilling, riveting, countersinking, screwing, and surface protection (e.g., seal seams and rivet head applications).
Carrying out repair work, including carbon fiber composite repairs.
Troubleshooting and rectifying electronic systems and devices.
Measuring electrical signals, resistance, and ensuring proper electrical connections through crimping, plugging, and cable manufacturing.
Installing and positioning aircraft components, ensuring proper fit and function.
Implementing and documenting all work according to technical specifications and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic (specializing in production engineering or structural repair) or Aircraft Electronics Technician (specializing in electrical/electronics systems).
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience in structural repair, assembly, and aircraft electronics troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cabin equipment and electrical system installations.
Strong understanding of technical documentation and ability to work in compliance with aviation standards.
Good command of English.
