Westside Leisure Limited, is a vibrant and modern hospitality venue located in the heart of Cork City. We are part of a leading Irish leisure group known for its lively bars, restaurants, and entertainment spaces that combine great food, drinks, and atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires an enthusiastic hospitality professional who can lead floor operations, support staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
 
Supervise daily bar and floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate bar and floor staff during shifts, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support training and onboarding of new team members. Oversee stock control, cleanliness, and bar presentation standards. Liaise with management to optimise staffing, scheduling, and service quality. Contribute ideas for improving service, events, and customer engagement.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar or restaurant supervisory role, ideally within a busy hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of bar service, customer care, and floor management.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Good understanding of licensing laws, health & safety, and HACCP standards.
Team player with strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.
Must be available to work on-site in Cork City for 39 hours per week.
