Kevin McAllen Holdings Ltd. is an established Irish construction company specialising in bricklaying, blocklaying, and general building work for residential and commercial projects. The company is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, reliability, and safe construction practices across all work sites.
We are now hiring an experienced Bricklayer to join our growing team.
Main Responsibilities
 
Perform bricklaying, blocklaying, and masonry work according to plans and specifications. Lay bricks and blocks to build walls, partitions, chimneys, and structural elements. Prepare and apply mortar, cement, and other materials. Read and follow technical drawings, measurements, and site instructions. Repair and restore existing masonry structures as required. Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy. Collaborate with site managers, labourers, and other trades on construction projects. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and tidy condition.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bricklayer, Blocklayer, or Mason.
Strong understanding of bricklaying and masonry techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
Reliability, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Must be available to work on-site in Ireland for 39 hours per week.
