EMAR Groundworkers Service Ltd is an established construction services company providing groundwork, masonry, and general building support for residential and commercial projects across County Cork.
The company is committed to delivering reliable workmanship, high construction standards, and safe on-site operations.
 
We are now hiring an experienced Bricklayer to join our expanding team.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Perform bricklaying, blocklaying, and masonry work in accordance with plans, measurements, and specifications.
Build walls, partitions, chimneys, and structural elements using bricks and blocks. Prepare and apply mortar, cement, and related materials.
Interpret technical drawings, site plans, and supervisor instructions.
Repair and restore existing masonry structures where required.
Ensure all work meets established quality, safety, and accuracy standards.
Collaborate with site supervisors, groundworkers, and other trades on active construction sites.
Maintain tools and work areas in a safe and organised condition.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bricklayer, Blocklayer, Mason, or similar role.
Strong understanding of masonry techniques and construction procedures.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various environments.
Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Must be available to work on-site for 39 hours per week in County Cork.
