Annual Salary- 34000 Euros, Working Hrs/Week- 39, Location: Harbour Road Ballinasloe Co. Galway H53 YV63
 
Job Description:
Design and implement long-term growth strategies aimed at increasing the company’s footprint, customer base, and revenue streams within the local and regional markets. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new suppliers and service providers to enhance operational capabilities and drive competitive advantage. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to uncover untapped business opportunities, geographic expansions, or service enhancements. Lead the evaluation and introduction of new product or service categories based on consumer trends, market gaps, and financial viability. Use business intelligence and performance analytics to inform pricing, promotional strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives. Develop and manage multi-channel growth strategies, including partnerships, local alliances, and digital touchpoints to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement. Oversee commercial negotiations and optimize procurement terms to support sustainable margins and mitigate supply-side risks. Leverage customer data to build segmented marketing strategies, ensuring outreach is personalized, measurable, and aligned with growth objectives.
Job Requirements
2+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership roles
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, entering new markets, or driving operational efficiencies
Experience in working with suppliers, managing procurement strategies, or leading expansion projects
Familiarity with funding applications, local business grants, and stakeholder relations is a plus
Experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance)
