Duties include:

• Preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat.
• Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and quality control.
• Preparing meat products according to customer and production requirements.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Minimum gross annual remuneration: €36,605

Hours per week: 39 hours
