Casey’s Londis operates a convenience retail site and food service outlet under the Supermac’s franchise brand. The Buyer will work primarily in the Supermac’s food operations. We are seeking a motivated Buyer to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
Source and purchase food products, beverages, packaging, and kitchen supplies in line with Supermac’s operational requirements.
Identify suitable purchasing opportunities from suppliers and distributors.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Monitor stock requirements and support the timely availability of products across the Supermac’s operation.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier details, and stock information. Assess product suitability, quality, and commercial value before purchase.
Support the overall procurement and supply chain process.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment.
Benefits
Salary of €36,605 per year (€18.05 per hour).
