We are looking for a Catering Manager to take full responsibility for the operational management of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of restaurant operations, including service standards, kitchen coordination and customer experience
Recruitment, training, rostering and performance management of the team
Implementation and monitoring of food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
Management of stock, suppliers, costs and operational budgets
Responsibility for sales performance, quality control and continuous operational improvement
Direct accountability for front-of-house operations and coordination with kitchen staff
Salary: €36,605+ per annum (based on 39 hours per week)
Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week)
