Leksar Foods Ltd. are seeking skilled and dedicated Chefs de Partie, responsible for ensuring the consistent preparation and execution of authentic Chettinad dishes while upholding rigorous standards for quality, taste, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Taking full responsibility for the daily operation of a designated section; prepare, cook, and plate all dishes according to established recipes and quality standards; ensure each dish meets strict authenticity, flavour, and presentation guidelines; managing all section preparation to ensure completeness and organization; supervising and guiding team members, providing instruction on proper techniques and procedures; assisting Sous Chefs in monitoring stock levels, reporting low inventory, and minimizing waste; maintaining impeccable station cleanliness and organization while adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
