Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Javinos’ quality standards.
Adhere to HACCP regulations and maintain strict food safety standards.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Record all food waste in the waste book.
Label all foods daily and ensure cleaning procedures are maintained and documented.
Work under the direction of managers, treating all colleagues, service staff, and customers with respect.
Ensure timely preparation of food to maintain Javinos’ high level of service.
Deliver excellent customer service with courteous and helpful behaviour.
Operate kitchen and counter equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness, exceeding legal requirements.
Undertake any other duties as directed by management.
