Net Venture Digital Solutions Ireland Limited trading as Sheela Palace are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of South Indian cooking, solid kitchen experience, and the ability to run a station with confidence and consistency. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes—especially South Indian specialities such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryanis, and regional curries.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage a designated kitchen station, including mise-en-place and service readiness.
Ensure all food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards are met.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu items and daily specials.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff.
Monitor ingredient usage, minimise waste, and support stock control.
