Job Description

 

Loyola Group trading as the Bath Pub, Dublin 4, require a Chef De Partie to:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.

  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.

  • Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained for service.

  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain cost efficiency.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

  • Assist in menu planning and development when required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

  • Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.

  • Understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.

  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.



This is a full-time permanent position, 39 hrs/week, with salary of 34000 euro p.a.
