Job Description
Sandman Hotel Group (Ireland) Ltd at Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links, Strand Road, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin, Ireland, D13V2X7 require a full time Chef de Partie for their kitchen.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Euro 34,000 per annum salary.
Award winning luxury hotel, estate, golf and fine dining location.

This position will have you working different sections in our hotel kitchen. Working on starters, mains, food prep, kitchen health and hygiene up keep.
Must have a minimum of 2 years chef work experience in a full professional kitchen.
Must have experience in kitchen health and hygiene procedures and have a team work ethic.
