We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented position Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The individual required for the role should have culinary and management background with a natural passion for food and flair for presentation.
Duties Includes:
Assisting the Head Chef in the following tasks:
Assist in controlling and directing Asian food preparation process and any other Asian food relative activities.
Assist in innovating new dishes and constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
Assist in caring out quality checks on dishes before they are served to the customers.
Assist in managing kitchen staff, providing training and trouble shooting.
