This position offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment, maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards within your assigned section. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure that food preparation complies with hygiene, safety, and presentation requirements. Manage stock levels, monitor portion control, and reduce food waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas, adhering to HACCP standards. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Contribute creative ideas to menu development and daily specials.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
Proven skills in food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management.
Good knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Must be available to work on-site in Galway for 39 hours per week.
