We are now seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently and maintain food quality control.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and menu development. Ensure compliance with HACCP and health & safety regulations.
Monitor portion sizes, stock levels, and minimise food waste.
Keep your workstation clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Contribute to menu creativity and seasonal specials.
