Job Description
The Johnstown Estate hotel and spa requires a full time Chef de Partie to work in their kitchens.

Working on all sections of the kitchen you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.

You will work on main courses and starters in our ala carte restaurant and also on functions.

Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.

Full time permanent position.

39 hours per week.

Euro 34,000 per annum salary.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:
Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service.
Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Preparing dishes to order
