Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
Manage a designated section of the kitchen during service.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor portion control, stock levels, and reduce food waste.
Assist with menu preparation and daily specials when required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced catering environment.
