We are currently recruiting for two experienced Chef de Partie (39 hrs p/w) with 2+ years’ experience (salary of €36,620 per annum) for BREAD NATION LIMITED – Bread 41, located at 41 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, D02 H308, Ireland.
The successful candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen environment.
We offer an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Chef de Partie professionals to join Bread Nation Limited (Bread 41), assisting in the preparation, production, cooking, and presentation of high-quality bakery and kitchen products to the highest standards of consistency, quality, and presentation.
The role requires maintaining a clean, organised, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times, in full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations, while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and bakery sections.
The Chef de Partie will oversee the preparation and production of food within their assigned section, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety. The role includes supervising and supporting junior team members, delegating tasks, and assisting with training and development.
Responsibilities also include monitoring stock levels, minimising waste through effective stock rotation, and reporting shortages, defects, or quality issues to senior management. The Chef de Partie will work closely with colleagues across all sections, communicate effectively on operational matters, and support service requirements as needed.

A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar professional kitchen role is essential.
This is a full-time position based on a 39-hour working week.
