  As a chef de Partie, you are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities 1. Prepare Indian food ( Able to work in curry and tandoor section) 2. Prepare a menu for a fine-dining Indian restaurant. 3. Prepare a menu for catering takeaway 4. Capable of maintaining food stock up to the mark. 5. Able to demonstrate HACCP
