Job Description

Our client located in Hamburg(GER) is seeking a CNC Operator to support the manufacturing of precision components for the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environment, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of machining plastics and composites. This is an on-site role in a clean, safety-driven facility.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce aerospace-grade plastic components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

  • Set up machines, change tools, and load programs as required

  • Perform in-process inspections using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality

  • Record production data and complete documentation in accordance with aerospace quality standards

  • Support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment

  • Adhere to all safety and cleanroom procedures
Job Requirements
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with plastic or composite materials is a plus
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Haas controls preferred
- Comfortable with precision measuring tools and quality control processes
- Basic understanding of G-code and CNC programming adjustments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in machining or manufacturing preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of CNC machine operating experience
- Previous experience in aerospace, medical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
