Job Description
Kel-Tech Engineering is looking for 5 qualified CNC Punch/Laser Operator to join their team in Waterford, X91 XYN5. This is a full time, permanent position. 39hrs/wk €34,000/annum Duties include but not limited to: Set up and operate CNC laser and punch machines to process sheet metal according to job specifications Select and load appropriate materials and tooling for each job Program machine controls and adjust settings for optimal cutting, punching, and forming performance Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specified dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards Perform test runs and make adjustments to maintain accuracy Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns immediately Accurately record production activities, material usage, and maintenance logs Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or programming issues
