Ralerno Hotels Limited is currently recruiting for a Commis Chef - Pastry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for pastry mise en place and service in our restaurant’s kitchen.
As well as create and produce a range of quality pastries and experience in ala carte style dishes is needed.
Minimum 2 years previous Commis Chef - Pastry experience needed.
The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop their own skills and also a good level of experience at the modern level.
Other requirements include:
Commis Chef - Pastry experience in a modern dining environment.
Food Hygiene training/experience.
This position is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week. €36,650 per annum salary.
