We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commis Chef (39 hrs p/w) with 2+ years’ experience (salary minimum €36,650) for BLISS CUISINE at Bliss Cuisine, Donabate Golf Club, Balcarrick, Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi‑talented, and highly skilled Commis Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment.
Responsibilities include
Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards while maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and a pleasant environment.
Upholding high standards of hygiene.
Accurately preparing ingredients for senior chefs.
Precisely measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes.
Managing deliveries and stock rotation.
Ensuring full familiarity with HACCP procedures.
