A Commis Chef is required to work at The Lunchbox, based at Atlas Residence, 96 Upper Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, D06 Y684.
The Lunchbox is an app-based meal subscription service that prepares and supplies fresh, exciting and nutritious dishes daily to partner schools. We focus on thoughtfully prepared, balanced meals that support healthy eating habits, using quality ingredients and eco-friendly compostable packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include working closely with the head chef on the preparation and cooking of fresh, nutritious school meals; ensuring consistent portion control and high standards of quality and presentation; assisting with menu preparation and food production to meet daily orders; maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment; and strictly following sanitation, food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
