Job Requirements
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations on active civil, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. You'll be the driving force on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards their clients expect.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a role where their expertise is valued, their voice is heard, and their career can genuinely progress.

What You'll Be Doing
• Managing all site activities and ensuring work is carried out to specification

• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, deliveries, and daily workflows

• Maintaining strict Health and Safety standards and site compliance

• Reviewing drawings, planning works, and managing short-term programming

• Completing daily reports, site records, and progress updates

• Liaising with clients, design teams, and the project manager

• Driving quality control, productivity, and problem-solving on site

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager (civil, fit out, or hospitality projects are an advantage)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage fast-paced and live-environment projects

• Proven track record of delivering works to deadline and budget

• Safe Pass and all relevant certifications (manual handling, CSCS, etc.)  Full understanding of construction drawings and specifications
