Job Description
Our client, GRIFFIN BOATS LTD is looking for 2 experienced Deck Hands to join their team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of Cloghanesheskeen, Castlegregory, Co. Kerry, V92VPH6 40 hrs/wk 34,860.00 €/annum Duties include, but are not limited to : Assist with setting, hauling, and stowing fishing gear (nets, lines, traps, etc.) Handle, sort, clean, and store the catch according to industry and safety standards Operate deck machinery, winches, and hydraulic equipment under supervision Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of deck and fishing equipment Handle mooring lines, anchors, and docking procedures Monitor and follow all safety procedures and emergency drills Assist with navigation watches, lookout duties, and general vessel operations as needed Comply with maritime regulations, company policies, and environmental standard
