Position Overview
By actively participating in this program, created by local and international organizations, you will play an essential role in supporting disadvantaged communities, helping to address their daily challenges.
The development agent works to empower beneficiaries through training workshops, supporting them in developing action plans and in their follow-up and monitoring, with a view to the success of the program. They also collaborate with humanitarian NGOs and local socio-health structures to achieve their objectives.

The development agent performs a wide variety of tasks throughout the mission. The exact role will depend on the specialty, level of experience and objectives of each candidate, including, among others:
Facilitating training and capacity-building workshops with communities
Supporting the development and monitoring of beneficiaries' action plans
Collaborating with humanitarian NGOs and local socio-health structures
Supporting beneficiaries in achieving the program's objectives
Conditions and Compensation
Gross monthly salary: between €2,000 and €3,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
Base compensation, not including bonuses.
Fixed-term employment contract, from 6 to 12 months, renewable
35-40 hour work week
Supervised by a District Supervisor
