Established by Thomas G. Duffy in 1992, DCE is a civil, structural and traffic engineering consultancy and road safety auditing company based in Ireland. Following its establishment in 1992, DCE became one of the most successful multi-disciplinary engineering companies in Ireland specializing in niche markets such as Timber Frame Structural Engineering and Traffic Engineering Design Services. DCE’s continued success allowed the company to grow and in 2008 DCE’s first overseas office was established in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Following its success, a second overseas office was established in Doha, Qatar.
