Job Description

A leading industrial laundry service provider is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to support management decision-making through financial, operational, and workforce data analysis. The role focuses on performance reporting, budgeting support, forecasting, and operational efficiency analysis within an industrial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial, operational, and workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and performance dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
• Analyse labour and productivity data to support operational performance
• Support performance analysis across service delivery and operational functions
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and HR teams to deliver analytical insights
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management
