Job Description

 About the Company GSA Cleaning Ltd is an Irish-owned facilities and cleaning services company based in Dublin. We provide professional cleaning, maintenance, and property support services to a wide range of clients, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to assist in managing financial planning, performance analysis, and cost efficiency across the company.

Main Responsibilities
 
Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support management decisions. Monitor key financial indicators, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve performance. Assist with financial modelling, cost control, and profitability studies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with management and external accountants to support audits and financial reviews. Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and long-term financial plannning.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Finance Assistant.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly and concisely.
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
Must be available to work on-site in Cork City for 39 hours per week.
