We are now looking for an experienced Fish Filleter to join our team and help uphold the high standards that have made our name synonymous with excellent seafood.
Main Responsibilities
- Fillet, portion and prepare a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood to consistently high standards.
- Operate your assigned section efficiently, ensuring accurate and skilled preparation of all products.
- Support the team in daily operations, stock management and product readiness.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety guidelines and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor portion control, stock rotation and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
- Contribute to maintaining the quality and presentation of all seafood products.
