Salary: €2,500 – €3,500 / month (depending on experience)

More than a coach, you will be a mentor and role model for dozens of young people dreaming of a professional football career.
Your Responsibilities
1. Planning with local coaches
Meet twice a week to review performances, plan sessions and set the weekly schedule.
2. Technical youth development
Afternoon training focused on: passing accuracy, ball control and possession, strategy, movement, game tactics + training matches.
3. Local football immersion
Take part in friendly matches (evenings & weekends) to understand the local playing style and better support your team.
4. Top-level exposure
Attend 1st division games, join post-match debriefs and share performance analysis.
