Join Boyne Dental as our Front of House & Treatment Coordinator, a pivotal role that ensures a seamless experience for our patients and vital administrative support for our clinical team.

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to serve as the face of Boyne Dental, providing a first-class welcome and comprehensive support to both our patients and our clinicians.

The Role: Your Impact

Your primary role is to provide a welcoming atmosphere and essential support to Boyne Dental patients and the clinical team. This combined position focuses on patient-facing duties, administrative organisation, and coordinating treatment logistics.

Key Responsibilities

· Patient Welcome & Check-In: You will be responsible for welcoming patients to Boyne Dental and Implant Clinic, checking patients in and ensuring all necessary forms are completed. In line with our brand values, trust and kindness, you will endeavour to build trusting and caring relationships with all patients and take all reasonable steps to ensure their comfort during their patient journey.

  • Communication Hub: You will manage patient enquiries, engaging with them face-to-face, via telephone, and through email in a timely and courteous manner at all times.
  • Workflow & Follow-Up: This includes completing the patient workflow and providing necessary follow-up patient calls where required.
  • Operations: You will maintain a respectable desk and reception area, attend the morning huddle, and cash up at the end of the day.
  • Team Support: You will provide support to the hub (patient support), practice manager and assist any new members of the reception team.

Compensation & Benefits:

· This role is Monday-Friday with one Saturday a month with competitive salary based on experience

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum one year of customer service experience (healthcare or dental setting preferred).
Proficiency in using scheduling software and dental practice systems.
Basic knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
