Job Description
Due to expansion, K&L Deliveries Ltd are looking for 2 fully Qualified and experienced HGV Rigid Truck Drivers to join the team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of Millstreet, County Cork, P51 X683 45hrs/wk €49,140.00 per annum Duties include: - Drive between County Cork and County Kerry to make deliveries. - Checks tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water and fuel levels and general condition of the vehicle. - Drives vehicle from depot to loading/unloading point. - Agrees delivery schedule and route with transport management. - Assists with loading/unloading and ensures that load is evenly distributed and safely secured. - Drives vehicle to destination in accordance with schedule. - Maintains records of journey times, mileage and hours worked. - Undertakes minor repairs and notifies supervisor of any mechanical faults.
