As a Home Health Carer you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to our clients in their private residences. This is a vital role that requires empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities: Assisting clients with personal care. Providing support with mobility and transfers. Administering or prompting medication as per care plan and training. Providing companionship and emotional support. Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the care coordinator. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Salary and Benefits:
Annual Salary: EUR 32,691 per annum (based on a 39-hour week).
Contract: Permanent, full-time contract.
Hours per week: 39
Location: 53 George's Street Lower, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, A96 X7K2.
Please note: this role is home-based — care is delivered in clients' private residences across Dublin, not at the office address.
