 Our hotel, Green City Accommodation Ltd, a leading name in hospitality and service excellence in Dublin, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
 
Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance. Conduct market research to identify hospitality trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s brand presence and drive customer engagement. Monitor operational performance, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Job Requirements
Requirements Evidence of overall 5 years’ experience required for the specific hospitality management role being applied for.
