The Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile commercial and residential projects, working closely with our senior management team. This role offers excellent exposure to large-scale projects and a clear pathway for professional growth.

What You Will Deliver
  • Assist in overseeing subcontractor packages (fit-out, structural steel, formwork, blockwork, roofing, glazing/cladding).
  • Support the organisation of site progress meetings and prepare accurate progress reports.
  • Work alongside the site team to ensure Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards are upheld.
  • Assist in monitoring programmes and project milestones to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to procurement activities and liaise with supply chain partners under senior guidance.
  • Provide support in client and contract meetings, representing the company in a professional manner.
What You Bring
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a site or project coordination role within construction.
  • Understanding of construction methods, trades, and H&S regulations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or other scheduling tools an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
