Job Description

Limerick Polymers Production Unlimited Company (LPP) is a leading operator in the plastics recycling sector, running one of Europe’s most advanced facilities for plastic material recovery.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Warehouse Manager with around 2 years of experience to join our team in Limerick.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Verify that orders are correctly processed, monitor the efficiency and performance levels of staff and procedures. Plan the use of storage facilities, assign staff, vehicles, and equipment to specific tasks, manage budget and control expenses. Decide on storage conditions for particular items, allocate warehouse space and arrange for regular stock inspections to detect deterioration or damage. Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety regulations, and optimise workflow and layout to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Must be available to work on-site in Limerick for 39 hours per week.
