MedFirst Supplies Ltd is a supply and distribution company providing essential products and consumables to clients across Ireland.
The company operates a structured warehouse and logistics environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations and assist with team supervision.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
Assist in supervising day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
Support the coordination of warehouse staff and daily work schedules.
Ensure stock is handled, stored, and recorded accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock checks and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and warehouse standards.
Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
Assist senior supervisors and management with operational reporting and planning.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control role.
Previous experience in a junior supervisory or team lead role is an advantage.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work on-site in Ireland for 39 hours per week.
