Materia Environment Ltd is an environmental services and supply company supporting projects related to waste management, recycling, and sustainable operations across Ireland.

The company operates structured warehouse and logistics activities and is committed to efficiency, compliance, and high operational standards.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior Warehouse Manager to support warehouse operations and assist with team coordination and stock management.

Job description :

Support the management of daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Assist with supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily workloads.

Monitor stock levels and support inventory control and stock rotation.

Ensure materials and equipment are stored and handled safely and efficiently.

Assist with planning work schedules and operational priorities.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal procedures.

Support reporting, record keeping, and operational documentation.

Work closely with senior management to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock management roles.
Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role is an advantage.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work on-site in Ireland for 39 hours per week.
