LPP (Limerick Polymers Production) is a leading plastics recycling company committed to the circular economy. We operate a modern plastic recovery facility in Limerick and are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our industrial equipment and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring high safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, including shredders, sorters, extruders and material handling equipment.
Manage equipment downtime, spare parts inventory and contractor activities.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant reliability and efficiency.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
