Company Overview: Limerick Polymers Production Unlimited Company operates a modern recycling facility specialising in the processing of plastic materials, including those collected through the national Deposit Return Scheme. Our plant receives, separates, and bales different types of plastics for resale and reuse, contributing to a sustainable and circular economy. Job Description: We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at our facility. This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role involving both technical maintenance and direct team supervision. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial operations, maintenance routines, and staff coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily shift operations across production and maintenance. Operate and monitor the SCADA supervisory control system to manage and adjust machinery in real time. Ensure uninterrupted processing by identifying and removing un - processable or blocked materials. Perform scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across all machinery, adhering to OEM instructions. Oversee the use of key equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and JCB telehandlers for bale handling and material preparation (valid local licenses required). Supervise the proper functioning and output of balers; ensure correct bale stacking and safety compliance. Delegate and instruct team members, ensure proper execution of tasks, and maintain operational standards. Maintain cleanliness and safety around machines and processing zones.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Documented experience of more than 2 years in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing or recycling
setting.
Working knowledge of SCADA or similar supervisory systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
