 Reform Pilates Fitness Cork Limited is a modern Pilates studio focused on evidence-based movement and real client results. We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to drive growth through research-led campaigns, clear positioning, and strong execution. Key Responsibilities Define target audiences and marketing priorities with the studio leadership. Run qualitative/quantitative research (surveys, interviews, feedback, competitor checks). Analyse performance (bookings funnel, social/website metrics) and report insights. Coordinate campaigns and promotions (offers, programmes, partnerships) Brief and manage creatives/ads support, track progress, optimise based on results

Job Requirements
Requirements (Must-Have) Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc/MSc or equivalent) — required Marketing experience (studio/health/wellness/service business preferred) Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills Nice to Have Pilates/rehab/sports performance background Experience with social content, email marketing, Canva, Meta ads, SEO basics
