Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our production team. The successful candidate will perform skilled meat preparation to high standards in a chilled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Butcher and portion carcasses of beef, lamb, pork and poultry to precise specifications. Perform skilled cutting, boning, trimming and slicing of meat. Prepare meat cuts and portions for further processing or dispatch. Maintain tools, equipment and strict hygiene/safety protocols (HACCP). Conduct quality checks and ensure efficient workflow to meet production targets.
