Job Description
Duties Include: Working across all areas of the meat processing plant as required. Receiving, checking, and storing meat deliveries in accordance with company procedures. Processing customer orders and preparing meat cuts to specification. Measuring, packaging, and labelling meat products accurately according to order requirements. Ensuring correct rotation of stock (FIFO) and maintaining required temperature controls to prevent spoilage. Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times. Following company operating procedures, health & safety guidelines, and food hygiene regulations. English required. Russian and/or Ukrainian desired.
 Minimum gross annual remuneration: €36,605 Hours per week: 39 hours
