A highly specialized university hospital in southwestern Sweden is now seeking multiple neuroradiologists to join an innovative and technology-driven radiology department with a strong focus on collaboration, precision diagnostics, and continuous learning.
About the role
As a neuroradiologist, you will play an essential role in one of Sweden’s most advanced university hospital environments. Your work will focus on high-quality diagnostics using cutting-edge CT and MR technology, supporting both acute and chronic cases involving the central and peripheral nervous systems, as well as ENT-related pathology.
Your main tasks will include:
- Interpreting advanced neuroimaging studies (MR/CT).
- Participating in multidisciplinary clinical conferences and close collaboration with other departments.
- Mentoring and supporting residents (ST-läkare) during their medical training.
- Contributing to clinical discussions and development within the department.
Please note: This position does not include interventional procedures, as those roles are currently fully staffed.
Requirements
- Holds an EU-recognized specialist certification in radiology, with subspecialization or significant experience in neuroradiology.
- Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to learn Swedish.
- Solid skills in MR and CT diagnostics in neuroradiology.
- A collaborative and responsible approach with a genuine interest in continuous development.
